Moontide Jewellery Returns Policy
We hope you love your Moontide jewellery however in the unfortunate event that you need to return your jewellery then please read the following terms and conditions.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask you to contact us via email email@example.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All jewellery must be returned in pristine and re-saleable condition with its original packaging. We can only process a refund once the item has returned back with us and we are not responsible for any damage or loss of items until it is returned to us. Therefore we recommend using a signed and registered postal service and we do not cover the cost of return postage.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
All items are handmade and therefore there may be variations between matching items.
In the event that an item is faulty, we want to resolve the problem so please contact us and we will offer to repair or replace the faulty jewellery or alternatively a refund. As explained above, please send back in the original packaging, and we will process the refund, replacement or repair once the jewellery has arrived back with us
